WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA if your cart value is Rs. 500 and above. A nominal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged on orders below the cart value of Rs. 500. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
Standard delivery time is 7-8 business days depending on the pin-code of shipping address.
In case of remote locations, delivery time may be extended up to 15 business days.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM) and accept the decision of BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM) regarding the cancellation.
In case of Perishable Goods
If a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them
Cancellation of Order by BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM):
BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by BODYWELL Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Replacement\Refund\Cancellation Policy by BODYWELL® Ayurveda (BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM):
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is always a remote possibility that:
• the item may be damaged during transit
• there might be a manufacturing defect
• that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@BODYWELLAYURVEDA.COM your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
• If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
• If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
Refund Method & Mode
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it.
- We will communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
- After approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
- If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card/debit card/wallet or net banking the total price of the product will be returned to the same mode of payment.
- If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed. All the items that you received should be returned together
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking)
- Any Gift coupon circulated as promotional offer would not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.

For Cancellations BODYWELL® Ayurveda support has to be contacted by various method mentioned under contact us link. Please mention your Order ID in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered email id.
Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order.
In case of cancellation, after shipment of order, courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
